Good-Bye to Summer

madeline.jpgTraditionally, Labor Day marks the end of summer and as if on cue, the weekend was warm and beautiful, followed by a rainy, windy and much cooler beginning of the week. Our air conditioners are in the off position, the tourists have gone home and we are ready to reclaim our beaches.

It’s time for us to pull out our comforters
and prepare for dropping temperatures.

For folks planning a trip to visit Organic Comfort Zone, this is the perfect time. Most of the local hotels, resort homes and bed & breakfasts have dropped their rates to “off-season”, the traffic has lightened and the weather is delightful. My advice to anyone coming for a visit to Hampton Roads is to do it at this time of the year.

Late summer and early fall are also the ideal time to prepare your bedroom for winter. A good cleaning, airing or even replacing your mattress, pillows and comforter is best done before the cold weather settles in, then you’re ready for the blustery long nights of winter.

Come visit us either in person, online or on the phone and let us help you get prepared for your winter hibernation with a new, fresh, warm organic CozyPure® sleep system! We look forward to seeing you soon.
